Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) chilled whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons (28 g) sugar
- 1 tablespoon (14 g) instant coffee
- Whip the cream with the sugar and instant coffee.
- Chill for at least 3 hours.
- Whip again until peaks form.
- Serve immediately.
