Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) chilled whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons (43 g) confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tablespoons (28 g) semisweet cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) crème de cacao syrup or liqueur

  • Method

    1. Whip the cream in a chilled bowl, using an electric mixer, until soft peaks form.
    2. Fold in the dry ingredients 1 tablespoon (15 ml) at a time.
    3. Fold in the crème de cacao syrup.
    4. Chill for 30 minutes before using.
