Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) chilled whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons (43 g) confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tablespoons (28 g) semisweet cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) crème de cacao syrup or liqueur
- Whip the cream in a chilled bowl, using an electric mixer, until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the dry ingredients 1 tablespoon (15 ml) at a time.
- Fold in the crème de cacao syrup.
- Chill for 30 minutes before using.
