Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) chilled whipping cream
- 1/2 cup (110 g) sifted confectioners’ sugar
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) coffee syrup or coffee-flavored liqueur
- Whip the whipping cream in a chilled mixing bowl until foamy.
- Gradually add the sugar.
- Whip until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the syrup.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
