Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) chilled whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons (43 g) light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon (3 g) instant espresso powder
- Whip all the ingredients in a medium-size, chilled bowl until soft peaks form.
- Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator until needed.
