Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 ml) chilled whipping cream (35 percent milk fat)
  • 3 tablespoons (43 g) vanilla sugar, or purchase commercially prepared

  • Method

    1. Whip the cream with an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.
    2. Add the vanilla sugar, 1 tablespoon (14 g) at a time.
    3. Do not overbeat.
    4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours before serving.
