Tuna Steaks in White Chocolate Sauce

Add white chocolate to a savory sauce to give it shine and gloss, serve over juicy tuna steaks, and in no time at all, you will have a mouth-watering, restaurant-worthy main for two.

Ingredients
- 2 tuna steaks (patted dry)
- Salt and black pepper (to season)
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1¾ ounces good quality white chocolate (chopped)
- 6 tbsp + 2 tsp olive oil
Method
- Season the tuna steaks with salt and black pepper.
- Heat a frying pan or skillet until hot, add the tuna and brown for 3 minutes, on each side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Deglaze the pan with cider vinegar, stirring to dissolve the cooking juices.
- In a pan, melt the white chocolate gently.
- A little at a time, add the olive oil to the melted chocolate. Next, stir in the vinegar to combine and serve the tuna steaks topped with the sauce.
