Ingredients
- 2 ounces (60 ml) cold espresso or strong coffee
- 1 ounce (30 ml) coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1 ounce (30 ml) Irish cream liqueur
- 1 ounce (30 ml) vanilla-flavored vodka
- 8 ice cubes
- Chocolate sprinkles, for garnish
- Place the espresso, liqueurs, vodka, and ice in a martini shaker.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
- Soak 1/4 cup (50 g) of whole (unflavored) coffee beans in 1 cup (250 ml) of premium vodka for 2 to 3 days. Strain the vodka and discard the beans. The vodka will have taken on the coffee flavor.
