Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) real maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) vanilla extract

  • Method

    1. Place the soy milk and 1/4 cup (60 ml) of the oil in a blender.
    2. Blend at highest speed and slowly drizzle in the remaining 1/4 cup (60 ml) oil.
    3. Blend in the maple syrup and vanilla, adding a little more oil if necessary to thicken.
    4. Serve immediately to top coffee beverages or your favorite dessert.
