Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy milk
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) real maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) vanilla extract
- Place the soy milk and 1/4 cup (60 ml) of the oil in a blender.
- Blend at highest speed and slowly drizzle in the remaining 1/4 cup (60 ml) oil.
- Blend in the maple syrup and vanilla, adding a little more oil if necessary to thicken.
- Serve immediately to top coffee beverages or your favorite dessert.
