Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (240 ml) soy milk or beverage
  • 4 coffee ice cube

  • Method

    1. Place the soy milk and coffee ice cubes in a blender.
    2. Blend until smooth.
    3. Serve and sip immediately.

    4. Note

      1. Any flavor variety of soy milk or beverage is great—vanilla, original, or chocolate.

      2. Variation

        1. For a cool alcoholic after-dinner drink, add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of your favorite coffee-flavored liqueur. To give this coffee drink a soy-sophisticated appeal, pour it into a chilled chocolate-rimmed martini glass.
