Ingredients
- 8 ounces (240 ml) soy milk or beverage
- 4 coffee ice cube
- Place the soy milk and coffee ice cubes in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve and sip immediately.
- Any flavor variety of soy milk or beverage is great—vanilla, original, or chocolate.
- For a cool alcoholic after-dinner drink, add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of your favorite coffee-flavored liqueur. To give this coffee drink a soy-sophisticated appeal, pour it into a chilled chocolate-rimmed martini glass.
