Ingredients
- 2 (6-ounce [170 ml]) containers fat-free cappuccino yogurt (organic, if you prefer)
- 1 cup (250 ml) fat-free milk (organic, if you prefer)
- 2 cups (500 ml) low-fat mocha or coffee ice cream
- Cocoa powder, for garnish
- Ground cinnamon, for garnish
- Place the yogurt, milk, and ice cream in a blender, and blend until smooth.
- Pour into four chilled glasses.
- Sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon.
- Soy or rice milk may be substituted for cow’s milk, and soy or rice substitutes may be substituted for dairy ice cream.
