Ingredients

  • 2 (6-ounce [170 ml]) containers fat-free cappuccino yogurt (organic, if you prefer)
  • 1 cup (250 ml) fat-free milk (organic, if you prefer)
  • 2 cups (500 ml) low-fat mocha or coffee ice cream
  • Cocoa powder, for garnish
  • Ground cinnamon, for garnish

  • Method

    1. Place the yogurt, milk, and ice cream in a blender, and blend until smooth.
    2. Pour into four chilled glasses.
    3. Sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon.

    4. Variation

      1. Soy or rice milk may be substituted for cow’s milk, and soy or rice substitutes may be substituted for dairy ice cream.
