Ingredients
- 1 (11-ounce [325 ml]) can Slim-Fast (any flavor)
- 2 ounces (60 ml) cold espresso or strong coffee
- Place the Slim-Fast and espresso in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and slightly frothy.
- Pour into a large chilled glass.
- For a hot drink, froth the Slim-Fast first, then add to hot espresso.
