Ingredients
- Chocolate syrup, for garnish
- 1 1/4 ounces (40 ml) premium coconut-flavored rum
- 1/2 ounce (15 ml) Thai coffee-flavored syrup
- 1 ounce (30 ml) cold espresso or strong coffee
- 4 ounces (113 ml) vanilla ice cream
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) toasted coconut flakes
- Drizzle the chocolate syrup in the shape of a spiral inside a chilled martini glass.
- Blend all the other ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into the prepared martini glass.
