Ingredients

• 1/2 ounce (15 ml) dark crème de cacao liqueur
• 1/2 ounce (15 ml) white crème de cacao liqueur
• 4 ounces (113 ml) hot, fresh espresso or strong coffee
• Whipped cream, for garnish



Method

1. Pour the liqueurs into a 6–ounce (170 ml) cappuccino mug.
2. Add the hot espresso.
3. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.



Variation

1. For a nonalcoholic drink, substitute 1/2 ounce (15 ml) each of dark and white chocolate syrups for the liqueurs.
