Ingredients
- 2 ounces (60 ml) hot, fresh espresso or strong coffee
- 1 ounce (30 ml) caramel syrup or amaretto cream liqueur, plus extra for garnish
- 5–7 ounces (145–200 ml) frothed milk
- Pour the espresso into a latte or cappuccino mug; add the caramel syrup.
- Fill the rest of the way with the frothed milk, then spoon some of the remaining milk on top.
- Drizzle caramel syrup over the foam.
