Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) berry jam (preferably a raspberry mixture)
- 7 ounces (210 ml) hot, fresh espresso or strong coffee
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Fresh berries, for garnish
- 1 ounce (30 ml) fruit or berry syrup(s) or liqueur(s), for garnish
- Place the jam in an 8-ounce (250 ml) tempered coffee dessert glass.
- Pour the hot coffee over the jam.
- Garnish with whipped cream and top with whole berries.
- Drizzle the fruit syrup(s) over the whipped cream and berries.
- Serve with a dessert coffee spoon to stir the tasty flavors together.
