Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) berry jam (preferably a raspberry mixture)
  • 7 ounces (210 ml) hot, fresh espresso or strong coffee
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Fresh berries, for garnish
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) fruit or berry syrup(s) or liqueur(s), for garnish

  • Method

    1. Place the jam in an 8-ounce (250 ml) tempered coffee dessert glass.
    2. Pour the hot coffee over the jam.
    3. Garnish with whipped cream and top with whole berries.
    4. Drizzle the fruit syrup(s) over the whipped cream and berries.
    5. Serve with a dessert coffee spoon to stir the tasty flavors together.
