Ingredients
- 2/3 cup (150 ml) milk
- 2/3 cup (150 ml) cold, sweetened espresso or strong coffee
- 2 (2-ounce [56 g]) scoops coffee ice cream
- 2 (2-ounce [56 g]) scoops chocolate ice cream
- 1 ounce (30 ml) coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1 ounce (30 ml) B-52 syrup or crème de cacao liqueur
- Grated semisweet chocolate, for garnish
- Blend all the ingredients, except the grated chocolate, in a blender until creamy.
- Pour into two chilled tall 12-ounce (340 ml) glasses.
- Garnish with grated chocolate.
- Sip through fat straws.
- For a nonalcoholic beverage, omit the coffee liqueur.
