Ingredients

• 1 shot espresso
• 1/4 cup skim milk
• 1/2 cup eggnog, cold
• Ground nutmeg and whipped cream for garnish



Method

1. Add the espresso to a mug.
2. Mix the skim milk with the eggnog.
3. Steam the mixture until 145 degrees.
4. Add this mixture to the mug. Decorate with whipped cream and some ground nutmeg.
