Ingredients
- 4 ounces (113 ml) milk or light cream
- 2 ounces (60 ml) hot, fresh espresso or strong coffee
- 1/2 ounce (15 ml) chocolate syrup or crème de cacao liqueur
- 1/2 ounce (15 ml) white chocolate syrup or white crème de cacao liqueur
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Cocoa powder, for garnish
- Froth the milk until it is double in volume and frothy.
- Pour the espresso into a cappuccino mug.
- Dollop the frothed milk over the espresso in the mug.
- Pour the syrups into the middle of the foam.
- Layer the whipped cream on top of the milk, and dust with cocoa powder.
