Ingredients

  • 3 ounces (90 ml) steamed milk
  • 3 ounces (90 ml) frothed milk
  • 2 ounces (60 ml) hot, fresh espresso or strong coffee
  • 1/2–1 ounce (15–30 ml) B-52 syrup or coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1/2–1 ounce (15–30 ml) white chocolate syrup or white crème de cacao liqueur

  • Method

    1. Pour the steamed milk into your favorite stemmed tall 12-ounce (340 ml) tempered glass mug.
    2. Spoon the frothed milk on top of the steamed milk.
    3. Pour the hot espresso and the syrups very slowly, on an angle, down the side of the mug.
    4. Serve hot. For a proud presentation to your guests or a treat for yourself, be sure to watch as you allow the beverage to settle for a few seconds, to see its layers form!
