Ingredients
- 12–15 coffee ice cubes
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
- 2 (1-ounce [28 g]) squares quality semisweet chocolate, melted
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) brandy or brandy extract
- Combine the coffee ice cubes with the milk, melted chocolate, and brandy in a blender, and blend until frothy.
- Serve at once.
- The word “mocha” originally referred to a superior quality of coffee beans grown in Arabia and shipped from the port of Mocha, in Yemen. Today, it refers to the delicious combination of chocolate and coffee.
