Ingredients
- 2–4 ounces (60–113 ml) cold espresso or strong coffee
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chocolate syrup or crème de cacao liqueur
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cherry- or raspberry-flavored syrup, or kirsch
- 2 (2-ounce [56 g]) scoops vanilla or coffee ice cream
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Crème de menthe syrup or liqueur, for garnish
- Milk chocolate curls or sprinkles, for garnish
- 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish
- Pour the espresso into a chilled tall 12–ounce (340 ml) glass or milkshake server.
- Add the syrups and ice cream.
- Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
- Drizzle crème de menthe syrup on top of the whipped cream.
- Garnish with chocolate curls and a cherry.
