Love oat cookies? Then, you’ll love this spiced iced coffee made with goat milk, coffee, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Make the coffee of your choice, be it instant, espresso, or a cold brew.

Ingredients
- ½ to 1 cup oak milk
- 8 oz coffee, brewed
- 1 to 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 cup ice cubes
- A dash of cinnamon
- 1 to 2 tap vanilla extract
- In a bowl or a jar, add the freshly brewed coffee – it should be hot – and then mix in vanilla and sugar. Mix well till the sugar dissolves in the coffee.
- Add the 1 cup ice cubes into a big jar – you can use a mason jar or a tall and wide glass.
- Then add in coffee mixture to the jar. Pour in the oat milk and a sprinkle or a dash of cinnamon.
- Place the lid on the jar and shakes to combine everything. If you’ve decided to use a glass, mix everything with a spoon.
- Serve with a straw and drink up!
