Iced Latte has never been this easy and quick with this Honey Iced Coffee. You need some strongly brewed coffee, 2% milk, honey, and some sea salt. You can use whichever coffee you like, such as instant or espresso.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coffee
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup 2% or nonfat milk
  • 1 tsp sea salt, flaked
  • ½ tsp sugar or to taste

  • Method

    1. Take a mason jar or any jar that has a lid and add milk to it. Cover the jar with its lid and shake it to make the milk foamy. It should take you a minute or so.
    2. Remove the lid from the jar and place it in the microwave for about 15 seconds to warm the milk.
    3. Take 2 mason jars or 2 big glasses and fill them up with ice cubes. Divide the coffee between the glasses and add a bit of sugar to both.
    4. Pour the milk into both glasses but use a spoon to prevent the foam from going into the glasses.
    5. Top each glass with a generous spoon of foam, and then top the foam with a drizzle of honey. Sprinkle some flakes of sea salt and stir it to mix the coffee.
