Coconut Milk Iced Coffee

This sweet coffee is a great treat if you love the coconut taste of coconut milk. This recipe uses 3 tbsp espresso coffee but if you want a lighter coffee flavor, use 2 tbsp coffee instead. But, if you love robust coffee, you can 4 tbsp coffee.

Ingredients
- 1 cup just-boiled water
- 3 tbsp Espresso coffee powder
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 cup coconut milk
- First of all, boil water and then leave it alone for about 1 to 2 minutes
- Take a French Press and add the coffee ground in it. Then, add the justboiled water.
- For about 5 minutes, leave the coffee alone. Then, push down the plunger on the French Press. Do this slowly.
- Add the coffee into a big jug and leave to cool it. Place it in the fridge overnight or for several hours.
- Pour in the condensed milk and coconut milk and mix well.
- Add ice cubes to 2 glasses or cups and divide the coffee between 2 cups or glasses.
- Top with whipped cream or desiccated coconut. Serve cool.
