Iced Coffee Vietnamese Style

This quick and straightforward iced coffee requires a Vietnamese coffee filter, ground coffee, and condensed milk. You can enjoy incredible iced coffee made in Vietnamese style.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ tbsp coffee, coarsely ground coffee
- 2 tbsp condensed milk, sweetened
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
- Hot water as needed
- Take one 8 to 10 oz glass and add the sweetened condensed milk to it.
- Then, take the coffee filter – you will need a Vietnamese Coffee Filter for this recipe – and take the top screen off from the coffee filter.
- Add the coffee to the filter, put the top screen back on, and screw it on. Put the filter on the glass that holds the condensed milk and then add hot water to cover the ground coffee, just enough, not too much.
- Leave the coffee filter for about 30 seconds. Then, for at least two complete rotations, loosen the coffee filter’s screw.
- Add more hot water to cover the coffee again and let it sit till all the water goes through the coffee filter. This should take about 5 minutes.
- After the water goes through the coffee filter, take the filter off the glass with condensed milk.
- Combine the coffee and the milk and then add in ice and serve.
