Add mint to coffee, and you’ll get a fresh and delicious drink that’s made for summer. Just mix coffee with heavy cream in a glass that has mint leaves and sugar syrup.

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh coffee, strongly brewed
- 4 mint leaves, fresh
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
- Make the sugar syrup. Add a cup of sugar and a cup of water in a saucepan and mix well. Boil the mixture and keep stirring often.
- When done, take the syrup off from the stove and leave it to cool off. Pour it into another container. You can use this syrup for about 2 weeks.
- Take a tall glass and add in the 4 mint leaves. Add in the ice.
- Add the coffee and the heavy cream and mix. Add in the syrup as well and mix a bit once.
- Drink up!
