Ingredients

  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ cup espresso coffee
  • ½ cup cream
  • 5 to 6 cubes of ice, crushed

  • Method

    1. Add the milk, coffee, ice, sugar to taste or 1 tsp and cream in a blender.
    2. Blend all the ingredients for about 30 to 40 seconds on medium speed.
    3. You can keep blending the mixture till it changes to the consistency you want.
    4. Pour the coffee into 4 glasses or cups. Top with some wafer rolls or chocolate syrup and serve.
