Ingredients
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ cup espresso coffee
- ½ cup cream
- 5 to 6 cubes of ice, crushed
- Add the milk, coffee, ice, sugar to taste or 1 tsp and cream in a blender.
- Blend all the ingredients for about 30 to 40 seconds on medium speed.
- You can keep blending the mixture till it changes to the consistency you want.
- Pour the coffee into 4 glasses or cups. Top with some wafer rolls or chocolate syrup and serve.
