Cinnamon Creamer Coffee

In this Cinnamon Creamer Coffee, you don’t need to use store brought creamer, but you can just make a cinnamon-rich creamer at home. The cinnamon creamer is flavorful and the one thing you need to fulfill your cinnamon dreams.

Ingredients
- 2 shots of espresso
- ½ can half and half
- Vanilla Extract or essence, about a dash or a few drops
- ½ cups sweetened condensed milk
- 4 sticks of cinnamon
- Ice as needed
- Cinnamon sugar for serving
- Vanilla ice cream for serving
- Over low flame/heat, add half and half, 4 cinnamon sticks, and condensed milk to a small-sized saucepan. Mix well.
- For about 8 minutes, cook the milk-cinnamon mixture on low flame till the milk gets infused with cinnamon.
- Take the saucepan off from the heat, remove the cinnamon and add vanilla extract. Then, transfer the milk mixture into a heat-proof glass jar. Please the creamer in the fridge; it should be usable for up to a week.
- Use an automatic coffee machine to make the espresso.
- In a tall, transparent glass, add the espresso, followed by ice, and then 2 oz (about 4 tbsp) of the creamer. Add the cream soda at the top.
- Top the coffee with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream and add a dash of cinnamon sugar to the top of the ice cream.
- Your weekend delight is ready to serve.
