Foamy Dalgona coffee with whipped cream, yum! You just need instant coffee to make it, not unique coffee that might be hard to find or a fancy espresso machine.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Instant coffee granules
- 2 tbsp water, cold
- 2 tbsp white sugar, powdered
- Milk as needed for serving
- Ice as needed for serving
- Add sugar, water, and instant coffee to a medium-sized bowl.
- Then, mix well with an electric beater or a hand whisk till the coffee turns foamy and thickens. It should become silky and smooth before turning foamy. If mixing using a hand whisk, it should take about 8-12 minutes for the coffee mixture to turn foamy.
- Pour the milk into the glass and add ice – fill most of the glass but leave a few inches for the coffee mixture.
- Add a couple of generous tablespoons of the coffee mixture to the glass and swirl to give it a whipped cream shape.
- Serve cool. Combine the coffee with the milk before drinking.
- Drink up!
