Almond Creamer Iced Coffee
Author: Nadia Santa
Iced coffees often call for ice cubes to cool the drink, but this can lead to watered-down coffee when the ice cubes melt. With this recipe, you can drink strong coffee since the ice cubes are made from creamer, so the coffee will become creamier instead when they melt.

Cold Brew
- 1 ½ cups coarsely ground coffee
- 3 cups water
- ½ cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk Creamer
- 16 oz cold brew coffee
- Sweetener to taste
- Take the Almond Breeze Almond Milk Creamer and add it to an ice cube tray. Place the tray in the freezer overnight for or 4 hours.
- Make the cold brew at the same time. In a big bowl, pour the water and add the ground coffee and mix well.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for about 12 to 24 hours. You might want to get started on your cold brew before making the creamer cubes.
- Take a sieve (fine mash preferred) and layer it with a coffee filter or a clean handkerchief – fold the filter in a double layer.
- After 12-24 hours, take the coffee mixture out and pass it through this double sieve. Pass the coffee in batches through this double sieve. This recipe of 3 cups water and 1 ½ cups coffee will yield 2 ½ cups at the end.
- After straining, add the cold brew into an airtight container or a mason jar and store it in your fridge.
- After the creamer cubes are frozen, make the iced coffee.
- Add the cold brew coffee and about 5-6 creamer cubes into the blender.
- You can add more if you want. Then, add in the sweetener and blend well.
- Keep blending till the creamer cubes get crushed, or the mixture becomes smooth.
- Add the creamer coffee into 2 glasses and serve.
- Enjoy!
