A classic ice cream flavor is re-imagined as a boozy Christmas cocktail with cherry rum and white chocolate Irish cream liqueur.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 2 chocolate and crème sandwich cookies (crushed finely)
- Ice (as needed)
- 2 ounces white chocolate Irish cream liqueur
- 2 ounces cherry rum
- ½ ounce grenadine
- White chocolate shavings (to garnish)
Method
- Drizzle chocolate syrup around the rim of a martini glass and dip in crushed cookies to coat. Set the glass to one side.
- To an ice-filled cocktail shaker, add the white chocolate Irish cream, cherry rum, and grenadine. Shake for 20-30 seconds to combine.
- Strain the cocktails into the prepared glass, garnish with white chocolate shavings, and enjoy.
