Ingredients
- 7 ounces (210 ml) milk
- 3/4 ounce (20 ml) premium sugar-free chai tea concentrate
- 2 ounces (60 ml) hot, fresh espresso or strong coffee
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Ground cardamom or nutmeg, for garnish
- Steam the milk with the steam wand from an espresso machine (or refer to this link for how to steam milk in a saucepan).
- Pour the steamed milk into a large latte mug, and add the chai concentrate and espresso.
- Stir with the cinnamon stick.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cardamom or nutmeg.
- Regular premium chai concentrate may be used instead of the sugar-free concentrate.
