Ingredients

• 4 ounces (113 ml) light cream or milk
• 2 ounces (60 ml) hot, fresh espresso or strong coffee
• 3/4 ounce (20 ml) orange-flavored syrup or liqueur
• 1/4 ounce (7 ml) amaretto or almond-flavored syrup



Method

1. Steam the light cream until hot, frothy, and doubled in volume.
2. Pour into a mug.
3. Pour the hot espresso, syrup, and amaretto into the frothy cream and stir gently.
