Ingredients
- Chocolate syrup, for garnish
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 1/2 ounces (45 ml) vodka
- 1 ounce (30 ml) coffee-flavored syrup or liqueur
- 1/2 ounce (15 ml) simple sugar syrup
- 1 ounce (30 ml) whipping cream
- 1 1/2 ounces (45 ml) cold espresso or strong coffee
- Cocoa powder, for garnish
- Drizzle the chocolate syrup in the shape of a spiral inside a chilled martini glass.
- Place the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour the vodka, coffee -flavored syrup, simple sugar syrup, whipping cream, and espresso into the shaker.
- Give the frappétini a funky shake.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a sprinkling of cocoa powder.
