Ingredients
- 2 ounces (60 ml) cold espresso or strong coffee
- 1/2 ounce (15 ml) chocolate syrup, or crème de cacao liqueur
- 1/2 ounce (15 ml) hazelnut-flavored syrup or liqueur
- 1/2 cup (140 g) crushed ice
- 1 cup (250 ml) whipped cream
- Cocoa powder, for garnish
- Blend the espresso and syrups together in a blender.
- Add the crushed ice and all but 1 or 2 spoonfuls of the whipped cream.
- Blend again until thick and fluffy.
- Top with the reserved whipped cream.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
