Ingredients

  • 3–4 ounces (90–113 ml) cold espresso or strong coffee
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) amaretto or almond-flavored syrup
  • 3 ounces (90 ml) yogurt or yogurt drink
  • 2 cups (450 g) crushed ice
  • Chocolate whipped cream, for garnish

  • Method

    1. Place the espresso, amaretto, yogurt, and crushed ice in a blender, and blend until smooth.
    2. Pour into a chilled 16–ounce (500 ml) glass.
    3. Top with chocolate whipped cream.
