Ingredients
- 2–4 ounces (60–113 ml) cold espresso or strong coffee
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk, plus more as needed
- 2–3 Oreo cookies or other very dark brown cookies with a white cream filling
- 1 1/4 cups (280 g) crushed ice
- Milk chocolate shavings, for garnish
- Place the espresso, milk, and cookies in a blender. Add the ice and blend until smooth.
- Adjust the amount of milk for the desired consistency.
- Top with chocolate shavings.
- Serve with fat straws in a chilled tall glass.
- Leftover espresso or strong brewed coffee can be stored for a day or two in the refrigerator in a covered container. Use it in any of these refreshing iced cappuccinos. Drink up!
