Ingredients
- 2 ounces (60 ml) cold espresso or strong coffee
- 1 ounce (30 ml) chocolate syrup or crème de cacao liqueur
- 1 ounce (30 ml) raspberry-flavored syrup or liqueur
- 8 ice cubes
- Sweetened whipped cream, for garnish
- Cocoa powder, for garnish
- Fresh raspberries, for garnish
- Shake the espresso, syrups, and ice in a martini shaker.
- Strain into a chilled stylish martini glass.
- Top with dollops of sweetened whipped cream.
- Garnish with cocoa powder and a few fresh raspberries.
- Serve with a spoon!
