Ingredients
- 4fl oz (120ml) coffee
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons cream of coconut
- Brew 4fl oz (120ml) coffee using a phin. Alternatively, brew it in a French press. Pour into your glass.
- Whisk 1 egg yolk and 2 teaspoons cream of coconut together until fluffy. Gently spoon the mixture over the coffee, so it floats.
- Sweeten to taste with demerara sugar, and serve with a spoon.
