Ingredients
- 1/2 cup French vanilla creamer
- 2 teaspoons baking cocoa
- 1 cup half & half or milk
- 1/2 cup caramel bits
- 1 tray of ice cubes
- 4 cups brewed coffee, chilled
- Combine the caramel bits, half and half, cocoa, and vanilla creamer in a pot. Bring to simmer while mixing until the caramel is melted. Cook until combined and melted, and the cocoa dissolves.
- Leave it to cool.
- Add the cooled mixture and coffee in a blender, together with one tray of ice.
- Blend until combined and smooth mixture, and serve.
