Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces (45 ml) chocolate syrup, or crème de cacao liqueur
- 1 1/2 ounces (45 ml) raspberry-flavored syrup or kirsch liqueur
- 2 ounces (60 ml) hot, fresh espresso or strong coffee
- 4–6 ounces (113–170 ml) steamed milk
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Pour the chocolate syrup and the 1 1/2 ounces (45 ml) raspberry syrup into a 12–ounce (340 ml) latte mug or cup.
- Add the espresso.
- Fill the rest of the way with the steamed milk.
- Stir once around, lifting up the syrups from the bottom of the mug.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Drizzle the 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) raspberry syrup on top of the whipped cream, and sprinkle with chocolate curls. Place the cherry on top.
