White Iced Coffee
Author: Nadia Santa
White chocolate sauce and coffee are a good combo, but the white color can make it seem like it’s not coffee at all, but this is still an iced coffee recipe. You can replace the 2 tbsp cold coffee with 1 tbsp instant espresso and 2 to 3 tbsp water.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp cold coffee
- 2 tbsp white chocolate sauce
- Whipped cream
- Ice cubes as needed
- ½ cup half and half
- 2 tsp butter, unsalted
- 8 oz sliced white chocolate
- Make the white chocolate sauce first by placing a small saucepan on the stove. Pour half and half in the saucepan and heat it. You can use any light cream if you don’t have half and half.
- When it begins to boil, take the chocolate sauce off the stove and then mix in the white chocolate and butter. Then use a whisk to mix the sauce until everything is smooth.
- Pour it into a jar and put it aside to cool it. If it's too hot, you can place the jar in the fridge too.
- In a jar, add the coffee, white chocolate, and milk and mix well. You can also use a blender.
- Add in the ice cubes in a glass and then pour in the white chocolate coffee.
- Add a spoonful of whipped cream on top and serve.
- Enjoy!
