The traditional Vienna coffee is prepared from brewed coffee and whipped cream instead of milk and sugar. The sip of coffee comes through the cream and gives a delightful taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed coffee
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
  • Sugar as per taste

  • Method

    1. Take a slow cooker.
    2. Add coffee, sugar and chocolate syrup.
    3. Cover the cooker and leave on low heat for 2.5 hours.
    4. After this mix heavy cream and Irish cream liqueur.
    5. Close lid and cook again for half an hour.
    6. Now, serve in cups.
    7. Garnish with whipped cream.
