Rosewater Iced Coffee

This type of iced coffee is rare and barely heard of. Despite the fact that it is not heard of, Persian-styled ice coffee, also known as iced coffee, is a very tasty coffee. Along with cardamom to accompany the flavors, this coffee is a must-have for all caffeine lovers. So, go ahead, read through the recipe, follow the instructions and make the wonderful coffee.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of chilled coffee
- ⅔ cup of milk (any type)
- 2 tbsp of crushed cardamom pods
- ½ tsp of rosewater
- Ice cubes as per requirement
- edible rose petals to garnish
- Prepare two cups of coffee according to your liking. Make sure that the coffee is cool otherwise chill the coffee before proceeding to the next step.
- Crush the cardamom using a spoon or a fork. Pour milk into a saucepan.
- Now, add cardamom into the saucepan. Make sure the pan is kept over a low flame.
- Heat the milk for 20 minutes, stirring it every now and then.
- Now, add the rose water into the milk. You could add more rose water if you prefer less milky coffee.
- Heat and constantly stir the milk for another ten minutes.
- Strain the milk and refrigerate it for about 1 to 2 hours till it is chilled.
- Fill iced cups in your serving cup. Fill about a third of the cup with the milk and then two-thirds with the chilled coffee.
- Serve immediately with some rose petals or refrigerate until serving time.
