Everyone who loves coffee has probably already heard of pumpkin-spiced latte or pumpkinspiced iced coffee. This coffee assures the taste of the fruity pumpkin enhanced with spices. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of chilled strongly-brewed coffee
  • 1 cup of any type of milk
  • 1 tbsp of pumpkin paste or purée
  • 2 tsp of maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of sea salt
  • ice cubes as per requirement
  • whipped cream to garnish

  • Method

    1. Bring out your blender or food mixer and add the pumpkin puree or pate, and the milk into it.
    2. Pour in the vanilla extract and begin blending the ingredients together. Make sure it is smooth and well combined.
    3. Bring out your serving glass and add maple syrup to it. Fill the glass with ice, to the level you prefer.
    4. Pour in the chilled brewed coffee. Stir the coffee and maple syrup well. Now sprinkle the pumpkin pie spice and mix all the ingredients together.
    5. Pour in the pumpkin and milk mix. Give the iced coffee a few good stirs.
    6. To top off the drink, sprinkle sea salt over the iced coffee and whip some cream over it. Serve immediately.
