Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of chilled coffee or espresso
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp of flaky sea salt
- Ice cubes as per requirements
- Pour the milk into a jar or a cocktail shaker and shake it vigorously. The milk should end up being airy and frothy.
- Heat the milk in the microwave for about 10 to 15 seconds.
- Fill your serving glasses with ice cubes. Split the sugar and add it to each glass.
- Distribute the coffee evenly between each glass. Reap the same process with the milk too.
- Give the drink about 1 to 2 stirs only. Sprinkle some of the flake salts over the iced cove and decoratively drizzle the honey. Serve immediately.
