Spicy brownies with a coffee kick! I don’t know if I would serve these to my kids but definitely to my friends with a hot cup of coffee!

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee
- 2 large eggs – free range
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ¾ cup of vegetable oil
- ¾ cup of all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- ¾ cup of chocolate chips
- ¼ teaspoon of ground cloves
- A pinch or more of cayenne pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Grease an 8x8 inch baking tin.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, oil, and coffee.
- Grab another mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, combine dry ingredients and then add in wet ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Pour into greased baking tin.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Let cool and slice!
