Marshmallow Iced Coffee

This creamy whipped cream coffee is a delight in the summer when you want caffeine and marshmallow together. You can top it with crushed graham cracker or a chocolate sauce. Both will work nicely.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup instant iced coffee
  • Whipped cream as needed
  • A few pieces of Marshmallow or to taste
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 5 crushed graham crackers
  • Chocolate milk

  • Method

    1. In a bowl, add the whipped cream and beat with a beater till soft peaks are formed. Then, add in the powdered sugar and beat again till stiff peaks get formed.
    2. Add in the diced marshmallow and fold them into the whipped cream.
    3. In a serving glass or a mason jar, add the iced coffee and then pour in milk to taste – you can add more milk if you want a milky coffee and less milk if you want a pronounced coffee flavor.
    4. Top the coffee with a spoonful of whipped cream, and then add crushed graham crackers on top.
    5. Serve and enjoy!
