Marshmallow Iced Coffee

This creamy whipped cream coffee is a delight in the summer when you want caffeine and marshmallow together. You can top it with crushed graham cracker or a chocolate sauce. Both will work nicely.

Ingredients
- 1 cup instant iced coffee
- Whipped cream as needed
- A few pieces of Marshmallow or to taste
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 5 crushed graham crackers
- Chocolate milk
- In a bowl, add the whipped cream and beat with a beater till soft peaks are formed. Then, add in the powdered sugar and beat again till stiff peaks get formed.
- Add in the diced marshmallow and fold them into the whipped cream.
- In a serving glass or a mason jar, add the iced coffee and then pour in milk to taste – you can add more milk if you want a milky coffee and less milk if you want a pronounced coffee flavor.
- Top the coffee with a spoonful of whipped cream, and then add crushed graham crackers on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
