Irish Iced Coffee

This coffee is for the adults out there. When simple milk and coffee do not help you forget about your tough life, then you might as well add a little alcohol to it. This is probably how Irish iced coffee was invented. It is a famous cocktail now and people all over the world believe the combination was made by a genius. Follow the recipe and its instructions to enjoy the tasty alcoholic coffee.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of brewed espresso coffee
- 1/3 cup of Irish Cream Liqueur
- ice cubes as per requirement
- 1/2 cup of cold milk
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
- Chocolate sauce to serve
- Whipped cream to serve
- Mix the Irish Cream Liqueur and coffee in a mug or jug and refrigerate the drink for at least 4 hours.
- Bring out your blender or food mixer and pour in the milk and ice cream to it.
- Add the coffee-liqueur mixture along with some ice and blend the coffee till it is smooth.
- Pour the chocolate sauce over the sides of your serving glasses. Add more ice into them if required.
- Pour the iced coffee equally between the two glasses. Now, top the drink off with some whipped cream and serve immediately.
