Matcha is now rising within our new generation. It tastes amazing and almost compliments everything, including coffee. When it comes to taste, the coffee surely amazes you. The pretty green color is refreshing compared to the usual brown iced coffee we get. So, go ahead, read through the recipe, follow the instructions and make the wonderful coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp of matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup of room temperature coffee
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup or more of ice

  • Method

    1. In a cocktail shaker or a jar with a lid, add matcha powder and almond milk. Add some ice to the jar too.
    2. Cover the cocktail shaker or the jar and shake the drink vigorously. It should mix the ingredients well and make the milk frothy.
    3. Bring out your serving glass and add maple syrup to the bottom of it. Add some iced if desired.
    4. Pour in the matcha milk and the coffee into the glass. Stir to mix and make sure the maple syrup isn’t collected at the bottom. Serve immediately.
